I have been racing triathlon since 2014 when I decided that just running was boring and I wanted to add other elements to my sport, triathlon seemed the perfect option. I tend to race over various distances from sprint to full ironman distance but I think my favourite is middle distance with a particular favourite race being IM 70.3 Mallorca in 2015. So much so that in my first year I have completed three 70.3 races!
Outside of triathlon I enjoy teaching Muay Thai Kickboxing…. It makes a nice change to be telling other people what to do rather than being told what to do!!
I came across TTT back in January 2015 when I was looking for the next step in my training, I knew in order to get better that I needed to look at getting a coach and getting some structure to my training. And this is exactly what I have found with Phil at Total Tri, I find the training has excellent structure and good variety to the sessions. It’s nice to feel part of a team too!
