OUTBOUND: Sunday 19th March – Monarch flight number ZB 542 – depart 06:15 Manchester to Lanzarote
RETURN: Sunday 26th March – Monarch flight number ZB 625  depart 11:30 Lanzarote to Manchester


The hotel is only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport so it’s easy enough to just share cabs on arrival to resort.


Camp would start on the Sunday evening (19th) and finish on the following Saturday (26th).  Help will be on hand for putting bikes together etc. on arrival and help you settle in.

Across the week there will be a structured mix of Swim, Bike and Run sessions with the camp having a bit of bias towards getting some good bike mileage done in good climate.  All sessions will be guided and coached catering for all abilities. You can do all the sessions or dip in and dip out as you wish.

Price – The cost of the camp is £149. This includes all coaching, pool time and gym sessions for the week and is payable at time of booking.



Accommodation is at the Sands Beach Resort, which has its own gym and 25m heated outdoor pool. You can do self catering or half board.


APARTMENT (for 7 nights)

Self Catered:
305 euros per person (based on 2 people sharing).  With 15% discount if you book and pay straight away.
357 euros per person (based on 2 people sharing). Pay 25% and then the rest 30 days from arrival.

Half Board:
507 euros per person (based on 2 people sharing).  With 15% discount if you book and pay straight away.
595 euros per person (based on 2 people sharing).  Pay 25% and then the rest 30 days from arrival.

Booking your accommodation

Accommodation is booked by yourself and can be booked online at  However if anyone wants to come on their own but share a room, please contact us and we will try and pair you up with somebody.


  • Fully Coached/Guided Bike sessions – focus on bike skills such as descending, group riding etc. All routes pre-planned for all abilities. Downloadable GPX routes provided before the start of the camp.
  • Coached run sessions catering for all abilities over several groups
  • Swim stroke analysis and use of the pool as well as structured pool workouts
  • Open water technique session – focus on sighting and open water specific technique. Weather dependent and wetsuit required
  • Free gym access during the stay
